The petitioner seeks the early disposal of such appeal. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He also submits that a reasonable opportunity would be provided to the petitioner and to all the pattadars. 3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all the current pattadars.
