Shri Ashutosh Dwivedi holding brief of Shri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner is praying for adjournment in the present case. 2. We find that the petition was continuing in the list of fresh cases as a passed over matter. 3. Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the report dated 24.01.2025 submitted by the respondent no.3 as well as further proceedings initiated under section 107 BNS, 2023. 4. The impugned report under challenge is nothing but the report submitted by the Sub Inspector, Police Station-Lohamandi, Commissionerate, District-Agra in the Court of ACJM, Agra informing the court that five criminal cases from the year 2016 to 2024 are pending and the proceedings under section 107 B.N.S.S., 2023 regarding attachment of property is pending against the petitioner. 5. We find that the present petition challenging the report on the ground that the petitioner has been granted bail in the present case and was implicated in the cases so mentioned in the report have been lodged with mala fide reason, is totally misconceived. 6.
