The petitioners/State have filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.i The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records, pertaining to Award dated 11/10/2019 in Case No. 05/I.D. Act/2018/Reference. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 10.ii The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders, holding that the impugned Award dated 11/10/2019 in Case No. 05/I.D. Act/2018/Reference is bad in law, arbitrary, therefore it may kindly be set aside/quashed. 10.iii Cost of the petition be allowed. 10.iv Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Mr. K.P.S. Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that award passed by the learned Court below has already been complied with and respondent has got retired from service, thus, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Mr. Pramod Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/State would endorse the submission made by Mr. K.P.S. Gandhi. 4.
