The present petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- “i. To kindly all for the records of the case from the respondents. ii. To kindly quash the impugned order dated 04.04.2018. iii. To kindly quash the FIR no.88/2018 dated 11.05.2018, registered at police station Purani Basti Raipur. iv. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in the present case charge sheet has already been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the State also states that charge sheet has been filed in the matter. 4. On pointed query made from learned counsel for the parties, they are unable to state about the status of trial. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the 3 present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet.
