Order 10/06/2025 This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in respect of FIR No.64/2025 registered with Police Station C.P.S. Jaipur, ACB District, for the offence under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and 61(2) of BNS. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that offence under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act have been leveled against him in which charge sheet has been filed before the Trial Court. Mainly allegations are related to documentary evidence which are already on record with the charge sheet, hence he is not required for custodial interrogation. Trial is likely to take considerably long time. [2025:RJ-JP:23029] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7422/2025] Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. Considered the submissions made at Bar. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioner Maruti Nandan S/o Shri Ramdev shall be released on bail in pursuance of FIR No. 64/2025 registered with Police Station C.P.S. Jaipur, ACB District on furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of the like amount. That apart, the accused-petitioner shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i) He shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii) He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. (iii) He shall co-operate in the trial and shall attend each and every date of hearing in the trial, until and unless his presence is exempted by the trial Court. (ANAND SHARMA (V. J.)),J GAURAV/151
