Cr.MP No. 1344 of 2026 Present application has been filed for correction of clerical error in the order dated 24.2.2026. It has been stated that an amount of ₹3,66,366/- has been deposited before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Una, HP and due to the mistake of the counsel, an amount of ₹3,00,000/- has been stated to be deposited. This is clerical error and a prayer has been made to correct the same. Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that an amount of ₹3,66,366/- has been deposited before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Una, HP and there is an error in the mentioning of the amount of i.e., ₹3,00,000/-. Since the amount stated to have been deposited before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Una, HP is ₹3,66,366/- and not ₹3,00,000/- as reflected in the order dated 24.2.2026; and it is purely a clerical error, therefore, the same is ordered to be corrected and the amount of ₹3,00,000/-, as mentioned in para-4 of the order, be substituted by ₹3,66,366/-.
