GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 The Court made the following order: The grievance of the petitioner is that despite finalization of bills payable to it in relation to the work i.e., ‘Urgent repairs to damaged wing wall to ROB in KM.4/6 of link road connecting NH 9 to NH 5 through Indrakeeladri Tunnel road in Vijayawada City limits in NTR District as per the Agreement CR.No.07/2023-24, dated 26.09.2023, the respondent authorities have failed to release the payment of an amount of Rs.43,55,420/- 2. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Sri P.Anand Surya, learned counsel, representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have released the entitled amount to the petitioner and the petitioner has received the same. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and prayed to close the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
