The memo reads as follows: “MEMO FOR FINAL DISPOSAL The above-named petitioner most humbly submits that he has complied the order dated 21.04.2022 passed by this Hon'ble court, and accordingly the 1st instalment is deposited on 05.05.2022, 2nd Instalment on 25.05.2022, and in depositing the same there is an inadvertent delay of 5 days in view of the financial problem of the petitioner, this Hon'ble Court may condone the said delay. Further the 3rd Instalment is deposited on 04.06.2022, intime and balance amount is deposited on 21.06.2022, as there is a delay, the said delay of one day may be condoned in the interest of justice and equity. The xerox copy of the payment acknowledgements issued by the office of Respondent No.3 is submitted herewith for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. It is submitted the above writ petition was filed for a limited purpose of Extention of time to deposit the amount as per the demand Notice dated 30.04.2022, copy at Annexure-A.
