This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for deleting the names of Page No.# 4/4 respondent Nos.3 and 4 from the array of the WP(C) No.4378/2024. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent No.3 and 4 are not necessary parties in the WP(C) No.4378/2024 and as such, their names may be deleted from the array of the writ petition. Having heard the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. The names of respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall be deleted from the array of the WP(C) No.4378/2024 at the cost and risk of the applicant. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
