RESPONDENTS This Regular First Appeal filed Under Sec. 96 R/W order 41 Rule 1 of the CPC, against the Judgment and Decree dated 22.07.2017 passed in O.S.No.2001/2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Anekal, dismissing the suit for partition and separate possession. This Regular First Appeal is coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following: O R D E R Sri. Ravikumar S.L. learned counsel for the appellants is present before the Court. Vide order dated 17.03.2020, the following order was passed: RFA.No.1512/2019 ---------------------- 3 “If compliance is not effected before the closure of office hours on today, the appeal shall stand dismissed for non- prosecution”. It is seen that the learned counsel has complied with objections raised by the Registry partly and remaining 7 office objections are pending to be rectified. Two weeks time is granted to rectify the remaining objections, despite the peremptory order granted on17.03.2020, on the condition that if the same is not rectified within a period of two weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed without referring to the Bench for non prosecution.
