Mr.KK Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 27.01.2025, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and Page No.# 2/2 his statement has been recorded. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. Since the petitioner has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted on 27.01.2025 in favour of the petitioner is hereby made absolute.
