It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that an amount of Rs.75,000/- is lying before this Court which is deposited by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by the respondent. In light of the fact that the matter is already settled, the RPFC is disposed of and the amount that is lying before this Court, the respondent is at liberty to withdraw the same.
