ORAL ORDER
Joint compromise memo has been filed and it is signed by the petitioner, respondent and their respective counsels. As per terms of joint memo, the matter is settled between parties for Rs.4,11,000/- (rupees Four Lakhs Eleven Thousand only).
2. The petitioner has paid Rs.3,31,000/-(rupees Three Lakhs Thirty One Thousand only) to the respondent. The respondent admits that he has received Rs.3,31,000/- (rupees Three Lakhs Thirty One Thousand only) from the petitioner. The amount of Rs.80,000/- (rupees Eighty Thousand only) is in deposit before the trial Court / Appellate Court. The petitioner –accused has no objections for the respondent withdrawing the amount Rs.80,000/-

3. In view of the settlement, the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is compounded. In view of the compounding the offence, this Criminal Revision Petition is
disposed of as the offence is compounded.
4. The respondent –complainant is at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.80,000/- (rupees Eighty Thousand only) deposited by the petitioner before the Trial Court / Appellate Court.
5. In view of the disposal of the case, pending IA’s does not survive for consideration.
