The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking following relief:- “It is therefore prayed before this Hon'ble Court to allow the petition under Section 482 CrPC and Quash the proceeding initiated under section 12 of Domestic Violence Act 2005, Case No 24/2018 pending before The judicial Magistrate First Class Basna, District- Mahasamund against all the petitioners and also Quash the order dated 11/3/2022 and allow the application filed by the petitioner under section 2 (q) Domestic Violence Act 2005, R/w Section 151 of C.P.C. in the interest of justice.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Misc. Criminal Case No. 24/2018, it appears that the said cases has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court. 3.
