This writ petition was filed questioning the order in O.A.No.1161 of 2018 on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, dated 18.04.2019 reducing the penalty imposed by the disciplinary authority against the respondent herein. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent, however, submits that as per the original proceedings of the disciplinary authority, the respondent deposited total amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, which was imposed as penalty in a disciplinary enquiry. The said amount of Rs.5,00,000/- was credited to the department account under GL code 1800420100. 4. Since this writ petition was filed questioning the modification of the original proceedings of the disciplinary authority, by virtue of the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1161 of 2018 dated 18.04.2019, the respondent admittedly deposited the total amount pursuant to the above said proceedings of the disciplinary authority, no cause survives in this writ petition. as 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. 3 HBKM.J &AHHS W.P.
