By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s : (i) To kindly call the records from the respondents with respect to the case of the petitioner. (ii) To kindly direct to respondents to decide the repre- sentation and release the payment of the bill of the pe- titioner within stipulated time frame work. (iii) To kindly pass any other order or grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not challenged any particular order but aggrieved by the inaction and apathy in part of the respondents whereby the representation with respect to releasing the undisputed amount of the bill raised by petitioner has not been considered till the date without any justified reason. It is undisputed fact is that the petitioner's firm has worked satisfactory is also been certified by the respondents itself. The petitioner firm runs it's business in the name of Adarsh Kiraya Bhandar situated at Phool Chowk, Naveen market, Raipur (C.G.). The petitioner serves and supplies of various goods i.e. tents, pandals, chairs, ligtings etc. for organizing the functions. In response to the work order issued by the respondent No.3 on 30/03/2021 in favour of the petitioner for supplying drinking water i.e. mineral water at vaccination centers, the work was done by the petitioner in satisfactory manner. Thereafter, the petitioner has submitted bills to the tune of Rs.1,56,362/- (in word Rupees One 3 Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Two Only) for payment before the respondents. Despite lapse of considerable period the payment of bills is still kept in abeyance by respondents. The petitioner has submitted several representations the same are kept in abeyance without any justified reasons. As per the knowledge of the petitioner the fund has already been sanctioned but the disbursement of the payment has not been done to the petitioner. Hence this petition. 4. Learned counsel for respondent submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner for considering the representation and making payment towards the articles supplied on rent, he is having no objection. He submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. The claim of the petitioner will be analyzed and appropriate steps will be taken thereafter. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the grievance raised, and the relief sought in the writ petition, it is directed that the respondents shall take a decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6. If the respondents conclude that the petitioner is entitled to the payment claimed by him towards the bill, the undisputed amount shall also be released to the petitioner within a further period of 4 four weeks thereafter, failing which the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum. 7.
