The Regular First Appeal bearing No. 97/2013 alongwith cross objections No.2717 were decided by the Coordinate Bench on 1.6.2017/12.6.2017. No further proceedings against the same are pending before the Apex Court. In view of the aforesaid and for the reasons stated in the application, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.60 in terms of share delineated in para 8 of the application. The amount be remitted to his bank account alongwith up-to-date interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in para-8 of the application subject to proper verification of his identity.
