THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURESH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION N0.1438 OF 2025 ORDER: Seeking an innocuous relief directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, to dispose of HMOP No.139 of 2021, the petitioner/husband filed the present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was performed on 03.07.2021 and the marriage was not consummated on various grounds. The petitioner/husband filed the HMOP seeking to nullify the marriage. 3. The respondent/wife is contesting the HMOP. 4. The chief affidavit of the petitioner was filed on 19.06.2024 and since then the matter is being adjourned from time to time. The matter is coming up for the evidence of the respondent. For one reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned from time to time. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, to dispose of the said HMOP as expeditiously as possible. // 2 5.
