In view of the explanation given in the application, the same is allowed and paragraphs No.2 & 3 of judgment rendered in CWP No.11392 of 2025 (Kamla Devi vs. Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar H.P. Krishi Vishvavidyalaya Palampur) be substituted as under:- “2. Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the respondent-Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (in short ‘respondent- University’) to confer work charge status upon her husband on completion of eight years of daily wage service. 3. According to the petitioner, her husband was engaged as Beldar on daily wage basis in the respondent- University in the year 1992. Her husband completed 240 days in each calendar from the year 1993 onwards. Services of her husband were regularized on 03.07.2007 as Beldar. Petitioner’s grievance is that her husband was entitled to work charge status on completion of eight years of daily wage service, but this benefit has been wrongly denied to him by the respondent.” Further, date of judgment be also substituted from ‘16th April, 2025’ to ‘16th July, 2025’ at pages 1 and 3 as well.
