Present petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 26.12.2024 passed by respondent-2, whereby petitioner has been posted/given Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.05.15 11:52:56 +0530 Wps 157 of 2025 2 additional charge of Gram Panchayat- Padhi. Presently he is posed as Panchayat Secretary at Gram Panchat-Chitma. 2. Grievance of the petitioner was that by the impugned order, he was posted at Gram Panchayat- Padhi, and also given additional charge, and there is an interim order dated 10.01.2025 in favour of the petitioner, and his ex- parte relieving order dated 31.12.2024 was stayed. 3. Now, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the petition any further on the ground that at Gram Panchayat- Padhi, another Panchayat Secretary has been posted. 4. Above submission made by the petitioner was not disputed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents-2 and 3. 5.
