No. 35/2, Narasimhapuram village, Markapuram mandal, Prakasam District under the registered sale deed dt. 04-04- 2025 by considering the application dt. 29-04-2025 is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the ROR Act and pass ” Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant
2. Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.4.17 cents in Sy.No.35/2 at Narasimhapuram Village, Markapuram Mandal, Prakasam District. The petitioner acquired the subject land through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.2217/2025, dated 04.04.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner made an online application dated 29.04.2025 to the 4‘^ respondent seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records.
3. Till date, the
3 respondents for one reason or the other, neither considered the application nor passed any other orders. Hence, the writ petition. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the
4. th respondents has furnished a copy of written instructions issued by the 4 respondent, dated 23.06.2025, wherein, the relevant portion is extracted hereunder’:
“10. It is crystal and clearly evident that either the vendor of writ petitioner herein or the writ petitioner is not having any right over the subject land.
11. As such, the application NO.MUT250429049068, Dated29.04.2025, filed by the writ petitionerherein has been rejected vide this office Procgs. Special Register No./MT/486/2025, Dt. 26.05.2025. ” mutation As seen from the written instructions issued by the 4*'' respondent, dated 23.06.2025, it is observed that the application of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected as he is not entitled for the same.

learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 4 th
