GP FOR SERVICES I 2 HCGR,J W.P.No.15064 of 2025 The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondent No.5 in issuing the Socio- Economic Certificate, No-Earning Member Certificate and Non- Employment Certificate in my favour as has been requested by Respondent No.6 vide letters Lr.No.EE/0/HUP/ADM/ JA0/C2/D.No.2892/21, Dated 25.10.2021, Lr.No.EE/0/HUP/ADM /JA0/C2/D.No.1120/2022, Dated 28.04.2022 and Lr.No.EE/0/HDP/Adm/JA0/C2/D No.1331/2023, Dated 27.05.2023 to enable me to get employment under compassionate grounds in the respondent No.3-Corporation as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of powers, abdication of the Statutory duty cast on the Respondent No.5 apart from being violative of the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14,16,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent No.5 to issue the Socio-Economic Certificate, No Earning Member Certificate and Non-Employment Certificate in my favour and communicate the same to the Respondent Nos.3 and 6 for my appointment on compassionate grounds in the respondent No.3 Corporation and pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Heard Sri B.Abhay Siddhanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 & 5 and Sri K.Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 6. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite petitioner made a request for furnishing of the documents, the 5th respondent has not furnished the same, because of which petitioner is being deprived to claim employment under compassionate appointment with 3rd respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5, placed on record written instructions 3 HCGR,J W.P.No.15064 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025, inter alia, stating that due to general transfers of employees and shortage of staff, the request of petitioner could not be attended to and the respondents are in the process of considering the petitioner’s request. 5. In view of aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and act on letters vide Lr.No.EE/O/HUP/Adm/JAO/C2/D.No.2892/21, Dated 25.10.2021, Lr.No.EE/O/HUP/Adm/JAO/C2/D.No.1120/2022, Dated 28.04.2022 and Lr.No.EE/O/HDP/Adm/JAO/C2/D.No.1331/2023, Dated 27.05.2023, addressed by 6th respondent to 5th respondent, and furnish the documents within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
