Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 3 to decide the petitioner's appeal/representation/reminder dated 15.02.2024 within two months." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that caste certificate of the petitioner has been cancelled and thereafter appeal has also been rejected. Now the appeal is pending before respondent no. 3 - State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee and as such same may be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that appeal of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that appeal of the petitioner pending before respondent No.3 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
