However, this file escaped reference to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) because of its non- listing. Today, Mr. F. A. Natnoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that let this case be transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench in terms of mandate of the section 29 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Registrar Judicial, Jammu is directed to transmit the record of this writ file to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench. Petitioner is directed to appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench on 17.02.2025. Serial No. 42 2 SWP No. 1576/2012 Upon receipt of the writ file, the same to be entered and entertained by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench as a petition before itself and to take on the proceedings forward from the stage at which at the time of the transfer of this writ petition, the same are posed.
