JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 09/07/2025 The present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking direction to the respondents to submit positive final report expeditiously in connection with FIR No. 232/2024 dated 01.12.2024 registered at Police Station Dabi, District Bundi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to the SC/ST community. It is further submitted that the petitioner has filed various representations in the year 2016 and thereafter, FIR was lodged in the year 2024 under the SC/ST Act by the petitioner. Additionally, it is submitted that no investigation is conducted by the police authorities, till date. It is made clear that if petitioner is still aggrieved of the investigation or investigation is not concluded within the stipulated time period, petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition, in accordance with law.
