Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 17.04.2025 at about. 5.00 p.m. near Penna River, Thippireddipalli village, Chapadu Mandal, Al being the driver of car bearing No.DLICM- 4129 along with A2 and A3 were committed theft of gold 'ln Podili of <-* =.? E Lh prakasham DistrI'Ct and escaped. while Al to A3 were proceeding via. Mydukur to proddatur road, on jnformatjon the Inspector, podl'Ij, along wI'.th hl-S Staff, tried to catch hold the accused. The accused notl-ced the checking and turned {hel'r car towards Mydukur side to hit the poII'Ce barrj6ades. when the police chased, the accused turned his vehicle towards Nakkaladl'nne village road side and went into the way of penna River, Thl'ppireddI-Pam Village, and raised cries to kI'IJ the informant and other polICe and hl't them. Then, Al drove his swift car and attempted to kJ-ll the informant by hitting his vehicle, resulting which, the front sI-de of the police vehI'CIe was damaged and other police personal escaped from the attempt made by the accused and the accused fled away from the spot. ` 3. Learned counsel for the petjtjoner subml'ts that the petitioner herel-n is a lady who I'S the wife of AI AccordI-ng to him, the petl'tI'Oner hereI'n Was. not Present at the scene of offence. 5. A perusal of the materl-al on record goes to show that the accusation that has been made aga,-nst Al and A2 I-S grave jn nature.
