Mochahary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of all the respondents has furnished a Communication dated 9th of September, 2024, written by the Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar and addressed to Secretary (Finance) Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar by which the consolidated list of contractors, firms etc. received from the In-Charge Additional Director cum CHD, WPT & BC, BTC, Kokrajhar was submitted for the period from 2010-2022. In the said list, the name of the petitioner appears at Sl. No. 1190. Mr. R. K. Mochahary, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the consolidated list has already been prepared, the petitioner would be paid the amount as and when his turn comes. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to strictly adhere to the Page No.# 3/3 consolidated list submitted by the Communication dated 9th of September, 2024 and to clear the amount to the petitioner as and when his turn comes.
