Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2) This application has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Bhuragaon PS Case No. 67/2024. 3) The vehicle bearing registration No. AS-01-RC-3035 was seized by Police in respect of Bhuragaon PS Case No. 67/2024. 4) Today, the Investigating Officer of the case has informed Ms. N. Das, learned APP that the vehicle is no more required for investigation and the custody of the same may be given to its actual owner. 5) Ms. Das, learned APP has furnished that communication to this Court. 6) This communication marked as “X” shall form a part of the record. 7) Considering all the aforesaid facts, it is hereby directed hat the vehicle bearing registration No. AS-01-RC-3035 which was seized by Bhuragaon Police Station in Bhuragaon PS Case No. 67/2024 shall be given to its registered owner on examination of all the documents. 8) With the aforesaid direction, the present criminal petition stands disposed of.
