Iqbal Hasan, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Firoz Haider, learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the material on record. 3. The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the First Information Report dated 07.02.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0047 of 2025, under Sections 3/4 Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and section 67 of Information Technology (Amendment Act, 2008, Police Station Khekra, District Baghpat. 4. Sri Firoz Haider, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that parties have settled their dispute out side of the court on 07.02.2025. He has filed an affidavit sworn by respondent no.3 and also on behalf of respondent no.4(minor brother of respondent no.3), wherein it has been stated that the parties have settled their dispute out side of the court on 07.02.2025. The respondent nos.3 and 4 have no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed by this Court. 5. Learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for quashing of FIR. 6.
