Since the charge sheet has been laid, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. 4. The petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial court on 29.01.2025 for seeking regular bail. 5. Till that date only, the interim order passed on 02.12.2024 in favour of the present petitioner, namely- Bhumidhar Tayeng shall continue.
