Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that during pendency of this Writ Petition, Petitioners made a complaint before the District Police Complaints Authority. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the parties and that case and counter cases were filed by the parties and after completion of investigation, Police filed charge sheet in the cases before 3 the concerned Trial Court and CC number is awaited and that this Court may pass appropriate orders. 5.
