The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the respondents have already made the correction by putting the name of the petitioner at the 2nd position of the list of candidates. 3. Mr. Phom also agreed to that. 4. After hearing the learned counsel of both sides, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has already accepted the submission made by the respondents. 5.
