(S) No. 6649 of 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dues of the petitioner has been paid. He submits that the petitioner does not want to pursue this matter any further. He submits that it may be observed that if the petitioner has any surviving grievance, he may be permitted to raise such grievance as may be permissible under law. 3. Nobody appears on behalf of the State. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceeding. 5.
