Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 22.03.2025, the R.P. Sub-Inspector along with his staff and mediators proceeded to board Kirandol Express at S.Kota Railway Station and the caught the accused in possession of 61Kgs of Ganja. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of a mediators |`-`- ( ` + E= EEL-a report. The accused were arrested and got remanded to judicial Custody. 3.
