W.P.(MD)No.30433 of 2025 and will be disposed positively within eight weeks.
3. As this undertaking satisfies the petitioner, we record the same directing R1 to hear the petitioner as well as R5 and any others who may be relevant and dispose the complaint bearing No.284/2025 instituted on 26.05.2025, within a period of eight weeks from today, in accordance with law, and in the line with the extant Rules and Regulations. This writ petition is closed. No costs.
