K RAGHAVA CHARYULU The Court made the following: ORDER This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 21.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14481 of 2023. 2. None appears for the petitioner. On earlier occasion also, none appears for the petitioner. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the orders of this Court, dated 21.07.2023, the representations of the petitioners dated 23.01.2023 and 04.03.2023 were considered and a report was prepared which was communicated to the petitioner on 12.06.2024. According to the said report, as the petitioner and Respondent No.5 has family rivalries between them, the proceedings were closed. He further submits that after receiving the report from the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt case on 15.07.2024 which is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, the learned counsel submits that as the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, dated 21.07.2023, passed in W.P.No.14481 of 2023, the Contempt Case may be closed. 4. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Petitioner is directed to follow the report passed by the respondents, dated 12.06.2024. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
