No.23 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. Upon enquiry, it was informed that all the warrants have been pending against the petitioners since 2018. 2. It is submitted that the de facto complainant was in love with the 1st accused and subsequently married him. It is further submitted that there are no specific allegations against the petitioners in the complaint. It is also submitted that the petitioners are residents of the State of Haryana and that they were not even aware that the case is pending. It is further submitted that the petitioners have not obtained any bail in this matter, as they were completely unaware of the pendency of the case. 3. Considering the submissions and after hearing the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, it is observed that the case has been pending since the year 2017, and the warrants have been pending against the petitioners since 2018. It is left open to the petitioners to approach the trial Court by filing a petition seeking recall of the warrants. In the event the petitioners approach the Court below and file such a petition, the same shall be considered on the same day, and the warrants pending against the petitioners shall be recalled by imposing the required conditions for the early disposal of P.R.C. No.23 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. 3 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off.
