P NARASIMHULU p~ ... _ COUNSE-L FOR THE RESPONDENT : PUBLIC PROSECUTOR THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER -,~_ THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 6163 of2025 ORDER:- This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners herein/A5, A9, All and A14, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.16 of 2025 of C.BelgaI Police Station, KumooI District, registered for the offences punishable under sections 191(2),191(3),118(1),109(1),126(2), 351(2) read wl'th 190 of the BNS, 2023. 2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on o1.02.2025, all the accused formed themselves into an unlawful assembly, armed with deadly weapons and attacked the defacto complainant with an intention to kill him, and beat him with sickle on head and caused bleeding injuries and also attacked his father-in-law and caused bleeding I-njuries. All the accused threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. 3. Heard leamed counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent/state. perused the record. 4. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that there are disputes between the accused and the defacto ice* -{# comPlajnant. It is alleged that on the date of the incl'dent. the petitioners herein are alleged to have beat the defac{o complainant on the wrist and fingers and caused injuries. It is submitted by the learned Assistant public Prosecutor that the injuries sustaI'ned by the defacto complainant are simple in nature. The injurI|eS Sustained by the defacto complainant are on the non-vl'tal parts of the body. In respect of petitioner No.4/A14 is concerned, absolutely no accusatI'On has been made against him. lt is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 29.05.2025 and since then they are languI'Shing in jail. 5. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considerl-ng the remand period of the petitioners, this Court I-s inclined to grant baI-I to the petitioners herein on the following conditions. i) The petitioners herein shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under the SCs and the sTs (PoA) Act-Gum-VI Additional Sessions Court, Kurnool. ~---5=\ \` i_-'` }B ii) on release, the petitioners shall appear before the station House Officer concerned, once in a Week i.e., On every sunday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 6.
