3. Counsel for petitioners submits that out of 52 prosecution witnesses, only 28 prosecution witnesses have been examined. The statements of Investigating Officer have been recorded and petitioners are in custody since 27.07.2023, hence, petitioners be released on bail.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail applications.
5. The earlier bail applications filed by accused petitioners have been rejected on merits, taking note of the fact that petitioners are main accused in the present case against whom, the allegation is to trample the tractor on the head of deceased Sanju Bai, who died on spot; there is no change in circumstances except that few of other prosecution witnesses have been examined. Further this Court deprecates the practice of accused petitioners to file repeated bail applications within short span of time before this Court.
6. As a result, both bail applications are dismissed.
7. However, it is hereby directed that the trial Court shall make an endeavor to conclude the criminal trial expeditiously as early as possible.
