Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the property under sale deed dated 10.06.2024 and had applied for patta. Such patta was granted to the petitioner only in respect of S.No.1327/2A2. He submits further that no interim orders were issued in the pending civil suit. He also refers to proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer relating to only Item No.2 at paragraph 3 of the affidavit. 3. On perusal of the impugned order, it is noticeable that the application has been rejected by stating that the case is pending before the Court. No further details are set out in the impugned order with regard to the nature of the case, the plaintiff therein or the relief claimed or granted therein. Because the order is unreasoned, the order cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. As a consequence, the matter is remanded for reconsideration of the Tahsildar.
