(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 24.7.2025, issued under the signature of General Manager (Admin.) Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that relief, as prayed for in the instant proceedings, stands granted in favour of the petitioner. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that respondent after convening review DPC has promoted the petitioner to the post of Clerk w.e.f. 23.9.2006 and placed him as Junior Assistant w.e.f. 29.11.2013 vide order dated 1.10.2024. He was subsequently promoted as Senior Assistant vide order dated 26.6.2025. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous, however, liberty is - 2 - reserved to the petitioner to file fresh petition for redressal of surviving grievance, if any.
