NIMMAGADDA REVATHI Counsel for the Respondents/complainant(S) 1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR I The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A2 to A9, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.66 of 2025 of Penagalur Police Station, Annamayya district. i-I ...? 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herel'n and another for the offences punishable under Sections 65(1), 75, 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short tBNS') and Section 5(1 ) read with 6 of®the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that Al got acqu?intance with the de facfo complainant, lured her at the age of 14 years with his gullible words and got sexual intercourse with her on several times. After that, he married her when she became major and lived with her for only a few `days. Thereafter, he went to Hyderabad and has not come back and he is not looking after the Welfare of the de facfo complainant. The parents, in-laws and relatives of Al i.e., A2 to A9 supported Al and threatened the de facfo complainant with dire COnSequenCeS. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that all the allegations are directed against Al only and in so far as the petitioners herein/A2 to A9 are concerned, nothing incriminating has been mentioned against them I'n the FIR. Apart from the same, Al is said to have married the de facfo complainant on Q-I 20.09.2024 and thereafter he left for Hyderabad and issued divorce notice to the de facfo complainant on 21.10.2024. Thereafter, the petitioners herein/A2 to A9 are alleged to have threatened the de facfo complainant not to file any case. Despite the same, the present case has been filed agaI-nSt the petitioners herein and A1. The only accusation that has been made as against the petitioners herein/A2 to A9, who are, parents and relatI'VeS Of A1, is that they are alleged to have threatened the de facfo complainant not to file any case. 6. ln view of the 'aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein/A2 to A9 on the following conditions. i) ln the event of arrest of the petitioners herein in the aforesaid crime, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer. ii) Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or Promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the 'Court or to any police officer. -`=-FT=- , -_--_-- Iii) PetI'tiOnerS Shall appear before the station House officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every sunday between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM till fiII'ng Of the Charge sheet. 7.
