That the petitioner had filed Memo in the above- mentioned case seeking direction for the renewal of his passport in order to travel Mecca for the purpose of performing Umrah. 2. That due to unforeseen delays in the renewal process, the petitioner could not undertake the intended travel within the requisite time. 3. That the petitioner has now been informed by the concerned travel agency that currently, no person is permitted to perform Umrah, as only Hajj pilgrimages are allowed during the upcoming month of June. 4. In view of the above circumstances, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the same. 5. The petitioner further seeks liberty to file a fresh petition on a distinct cause of action, including that of eternality, at an appropriate stage. WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dismiss the above petition as not pressed in the interest of the justice.” In terms of the memo, the writ petition stands disposed.
