The writ petition is filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.02.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." Learned Standing Counsel submits that against the impugned order, the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of 30 days from today. In the event, such an appeal is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided by the Appellate Authority on merits without going into the question of limitation.
