By order dated 27.02.2026, Mr. Prabodh Ranjan Dash, retired Principal District Judge, was appointed as an Arbitrator. 2. In paragraph-8 of the order dated 27.02.2026, it was clarified that if any of the disqualifications apply, or if Mr. Dash is otherwise unwilling, the parties could apply, so that some alternate arrangement could be made. 3. Mr. Dash, vide communication dated 19.03.2026 has pointed out that his son, who is a practicing lawyer at the District Court, Jamshedpur, appears on behalf of one of the parties to the dispute. Therefore, he has expressed his inability to arbitrate the disputes between the parties. The approach of 2 Mr. Dash is very fair and quite befitting his stature as retired Principal District Judge. 4. Learned counsel for the parties now submit that any retired District Judge either from Ranchi or Jamshedpur may be appointed. They agree to the appointment of Shri Jitendra Prasad Singh, retired Principal District Judge, residing at Flat No.E1A, Green Garden Apartment, Hesag, Hatia, Ranchi, e-mail singhjitendraprasad5@gmail.com as Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes between the parties. The fees of the learned Arbitrator shall be in terms of Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 and the same shall be shared equally by the parties. Learned counsel for the parties state that they would intimate this order to the learned Arbitrator, so that the learned Arbitrator can proceed with the arbitration. 5.
