Zhimomi, learned Government Advocate for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4; and Ms. Ayala Imchen, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 5. 2. Page No.# 2/3 Office, Aboi as respondent No. 6 in connected WP(C) No. 164/2024. 3. Mr. Pakinrichapbo, learned counsel for the applicant submits that while filing WP(C) No. 164/2024, the applicant was not aware about the appointment of Shri T. Longang Konyak as MTS at Sub- Divisional Agriculture Office, Aboi, and as such, he could not be impleaded as respondent in the said writ petition. Mr. Pakinrichapbo also submits that in order to deal with the issue involved in WP(C) No. 164/2024, impleadment of Shri T. Longang Konyak is necessary in the said writ petition, and therefore, he has contended to allow this application. 4. Mr. Zhimomi, learned Government Advocate for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4; and Ms. Imchen, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 5 submit that they have no objection in the event of allowing this application. 5. Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, I have carefully gone through the application and the documents placed on record. 6. It appears that Shri T. Longang Konyak, MTS, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Office, Aboi appears to be a necessary party in WP(C) No. 164/2024 and in order to adjudicate the issue involved in the said writ petition, he has to be impleaded as a party in the said writ petition. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances on record, and also considering the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 8.
Accordingly, it is provided that Shri T. Longang Konyak, MTS, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Office, Aboi be impleaded as respondent
