The learned counsel for the insurance company has made no objection regarding the prayer of the applicants. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed to the Registry to release the awarded amount of Rs.8,60,633/- which has been deposited by the appellant before this Court in connection with the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in MAC App. No. 425/2019 to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4, after proper verification and identification by their engaged counsel.
