Shah Times and another in which the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 were declared proclaimed person vide order dated 03.04.2012 (P-2) passed by learned JMIC, Faridabad and FIR No. 0182 dated 26.02.2018 under Section 174-A IPC(P-3) was registered against respondent No.4 at Police Station Sector-7, Faridabad. 2.
