1. File has been placed before me in compliance of order dated
30.07.2025. Petitioner Sh. Gurpreet Singh Malhotra has been granted permission to travel abroad by the Hon‟ble Court subject to conditions contained in order dated 30.07.2025.

In compliance of order dated 30.07.2025 passed by the Hon‟ble Court, petitioner has filed an affidavit-cum-undertaking whereby he has undertaken that he shall abide by the terms contained in the affidavit. He has undertaken that in case he violates any of the above conditions intentionally, then the amounts of FDR as also the personal bond furnished before this Court, shall stand forfeited to the Government of India and can be recovered as per law.
3. Vide order dated 30.07.2025 the Hon‟ble Court has directed the petitioner to furnish the security of Rs. 01 lakh.
4. Today, in compliance of order dated 30.07.2025 learned counsel for petitioner submits that FDR bearing A/c No. 776910000338 for a sum of Rs. 01 lakh is already lying with the registry. 5. As per the report of the registry, FDR bearing A/c No. 776910000338 for a sum of Rs. 01 lakh is lying with the registry. The FDR is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Registry is
directed to send the intimation to the Bank that the said FDR shall not be encashed by the bank without prior permission of this Court.

Learned counsel for petitioner has also furnished the personal bond and handed over the personal bond across the board. The same is perused and accepted. As per the personal bond, petitioner undertaken that in case of making default the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- be forfeited to the Government of India.
7. Besides, the petitioner has also furnished a copy of the air tickets that he has purchased for his travel. The petitioner shall be travelling w.e.f. 01.08.2025 to 07.08.2025.
8. The petitioner is present in Court in person. He has been duly identified by his counsel. Petitioner affirms that he has signed the undertaking filed before this Court and also undertaken to be bound by the terms of undertaking and to abide by all the conditions imposed by the Hon‟ble Court for his travel abroad by order dated 30.07.2025.

Learned counsel for petitioner has also served the undertaking with relevant documents to the respondents. 10. Petitioner is directed that if the presence of the applicant is required by the IO of this case in connection with any further investigation during the travel period, then he shall return back to India and join the investigation within 48 hours of receiving of the information in this regard from the IO through Whatsapp/email or any other mode of communication. 11. Petitioner is directed that he shall intimate this Court about his arrival back in India within 48 hours of his return and shall also file the copies of the relevant pages of his passport showing his timely return back to the country, and an intimation with regard to the above, This is a digitally signed order. shall also be given to the IO. 12. Petitioner is further directed not to enter into any transaction in respect to sale, lease, mortgage, transfer or relinquishment etc. of his interests in immovable or movable properties like shares and securities etc and he shall not apply for the citizenship of Dubai or any other country nor he shall renounce his Indian citizenship during the said period without prior permission of the court;

Petitioner is further directed that while being abroad, he shall not meet or even communicate with any person concerned and shall not make any attempt to influence any prosecution witness or to tamper with or destroy the evidence of the case. 14. Considering that the conditions have been complied with by the petitioner, he may travel, as permitted by the Hon‟ble Court vide order dated 30.07.2025. 15. As requested, let a copy of this order be mailed by the Registry from official id at aojdispatch.dhc@nic.in to the FRRO Delhi, East Block 8, Level 2, Sector 1, R K Puram, New Delhi (frrodli@nic.in) and Bureau of Immigration (boihq@nic.in ). 16.
