Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, in the present case, the subject properties belong to the petitioner. Therefore, he filed a protest petition not to register any document in respect of the subject properties. 5. Therefore, he prayed that appropriate orders may be passed. 6. The above submission is recorded. In light of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue due notice to the petitioner, if any document is presented for registration in respect of the subject properties in civil suit unnumbered OS E-filing No.ATN320220020455C202500001 of 2025, dated 13.12.2025, on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Thanjavur, conduct enquiry and thereafter decide on the registration of the presented document. 7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
